k so, this weekend was too live. i guess you can say that it was the cherry on top of my summer. aha. well first off, the fams and myself left friday morning and after a 10 hour drive, instead of 8, we finally got to our hotel - the holiday inn. when we got there, mostly everybody either went to the westin or went shopping - so we swam & chilled while waiting for everybody to get there. when everybody got back, we didn't do anything but chill. the parents made us go to sleep late, considering that the opening was at 7AM and ontop of a full car, we had a full room. the duya's on one bed & the agcaoili's on the other. aha! pft, that was my friday. besides waking up at 6AM, saturday on the other hand, was way better. i left the hotel with the pasildo's & alex to go to the opening, and decided to follow other cars to the opening - thing was, tito ted got us lost, therefore, we were late for the opening. it was pretty boring btw. winnipeg won muse, and i think it was new york that was best jersey. whatevs. the only thing that was gay about this tournament was that we only had 3 games. our first game was against glendale heights - and we definetly slapped them. we won by like what? 50. TRUE. aha. next game was against winnipeg -finally, some competition, but i don't think it was enough competition. we won against them by like 20. aha! with 2 straight wins that day, we automatically advanced to the championship game, considering that there was only 5 teams - vaughan, winnipeg, sauga, chicago & glendale. after our games, we decided to go to the other gym to watch the ladies kick ass - but unfortunately, they lost against chicago - but our juvenile team won. once myself, mommy & alex got back to the hotel, we had nothing to do coz everybody was still at the gym, so mommy left me and alex at the hotel without a key, and we knocked out. talk about a 4 hour nap. LOL! everybody was looking for us, and when we woke up & came out of our room, it was already dark outside. LOL! we swam, chilled around & unfortunately had to go to our rooms early again, coz everbody had early games - even our championship game was pretty early, compared to the other championship games. when we got to the gym, we watched the bantam games - unfortunately vaughan lost to glendale, but philcan won against .. i forgot who. aha! after watching them, GAME TIME BABY. playing for the championships, LETS GO. i didn't really go off that game, but at least we still won. WHAT?! 2009 FBA GIRLS DIVISION CHAMPIONS - GET AT US. so after my game, we went to the other gym and watched bare games. LOL! vaughan juvenile & philcan midget. damn, they had a crowd. btw, ladies championship game was too live. they're crowds are sooooo jokes. anywho, unfortunately, vaughan juvenile lost against glendale in the championships. after that, we still had a few hours left til the ceremony so we went shopping - and again, we were late, but that's how we roll - filipino time man! aha. we ate, and chilled & finally they got to the awards. it was no surprise that sam received mvp, alex received best guard and alyx received best center, but surprisingly i received best forward. aha! what a joke, i'm not even a forward, but whatevs, at least we're coming back home with the championships. once getting back to the hotel, we had nuff time to chill. and oh man, we all swam for the longest time, and when we were done, we all met back up, and decided that we all weren't going to sleep since we were all leaving the next morning. we chilled in the computer room forever, playing cards and whatnot. then that's when it got interesting, a certain somebody, broke a certain thing, and we all decided to ditch that somebody. it got to the point where we all had to hide outside of the hotel. aha! oh man, i can't be exposing the rest, it's too exclusive. v fam only. ahah! i felt like i was living another Washington DC moment. we chilled on the patio & took pictures, and unfortunately, my weekend ended there. mommy said it was time to pack the van and we left around 4AM. damn, this weekend was definetly the cherry ontop of my summer.
